Partner terms

The agreement between you and us when you promote AI Grammatic as a partner.

Updated October 28, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Belov Digital Agency, Inc., a Delaware corporation at 651 N Broad Street, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709, USA, which runs AI Grammatic (“we”, “us”). You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up as a partner, or by continuing to promote AI Grammatic after we change them. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to the site and the app.

1. Joining

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, as a person or for a company. One partner account per person or company. The details you give us (name, website, email, payout details) must be true and kept up to date. Your account opens when you confirm your email. Before your first payout we review how you promote AI Grammatic, and we may close an account that doesn’t fit these terms.

2. Your link and your code

You get a partner link (aigrammatic.com/?aff=your-tag, with an optional sub ID) and a discount code. A visitor who opens your link is credited to you for 60 days in that browser, unless they already came from another partner in the previous 60 days: the first partner link wins. A partner code entered at checkout credits the purchase to that code’s partner, even if the buyer came through a different link. A purchase is credited only if it is the buyer’s first AI Grammatic subscription under that email.

Your link and your code give your audience 20% off their first 12 months, on top of the 7-day free trial. Don’t offer other discounts or rewards in our name.

3. Commission

  • You earn 30% of every payment a customer you referred makes in the first 12 months after their first payment: 12 payments on monthly billing, the first year on yearly billing. A switch between monthly and yearly in that time counts. Free trials earn nothing until they turn into a paid subscription.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid (after discounts and before payment fees), converted to US dollars at the rate our payment processor settled it at.
  • If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission on it is reversed, also after it was paid out; we deduct it from your next payouts.
  • Your own purchases, and purchases by people who share your household or payment details, don’t earn a commission.
  • We may agree a different rate or period with you in writing; your dashboard shows the terms that apply to you.

4. Payouts

  • Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from. After that it becomes available.
  • We pay available commission on the 1st of each month (or the next business day) once it reaches $50; below that, it carries over. Payouts are in US dollars by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or USDT, to the details you enter in your dashboard. Fees your provider charges you to receive or convert a payout are yours.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for the information we need to pay you lawfully, such as a tax form, before a payout.
  • We may hold a payout while we look into unusual activity, and withhold commission earned in breach of these terms.

5. How you may promote AI Grammatic

Welcome: reviews, tutorials, comparisons, lists of tools, videos, social posts, newsletters to people who signed up for them, communities you take part in, and paid ads that follow the rules below.

Not allowed:

  • Bidding on “AI Grammatic”, “GrammaticAI”, “Grammarly” or misspellings of them in search ads, or using them in ad copy or domain names.
  • Ads, pages or profiles that look like they come from us, or that make claims we don’t make.
  • Spam: unsolicited email or messages, comment spam, fake reviews or accounts.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups and pop-unders, toolbars, adware, or any traffic that sets your link without the visitor choosing to open it.
  • Incentivized traffic: paying or rewarding people to click, sign up or buy.
  • Coupon and deal sites, unless we agreed it with you first.
  • Content that is illegal, hateful or aimed at children.

Say that you may earn a commission, where the law or the platform you use requires it (for example under the FTC’s rules in the US). You may use our name, logo, screenshots and the creatives in your dashboard to promote AI Grammatic, as they are; you get no other rights to our trademarks.

6. Tracking and data

We track partner links with a value stored in the visitor’s browser and with the codes used at checkout. Your dashboard shows clicks, trials, customers and payments without personal data about the people you referred, and we don’t share it with you. If you use postbacks, we send your tracker the values described on the developer page. Our records decide what is credited to you.

7. Ending

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close your account at any time, with immediate effect if you break these terms. When the program or your account ends, we pay commission already earned in line with these terms, except commission earned in breach of them, which is forfeited.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or the program. We’ll email you about a change to what you earn or how you’re paid at least 14 days before it applies to new referrals; commission already earned follows the terms that applied when it was earned.

9. Liability

The program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you for the three months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses. You are responsible for your content and promotions, and will cover our losses from claims about them.

10. Everything else

You are an independent contractor: these terms don’t make you our employee, agent or partner in a legal sense, and you may not make commitments for us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For questions, write to hi@aigrammatic.com.
